Nasty vibe behind the counter. Most of the favourite types of bagels... multigrain, for example, were unavailable. No buffalo buns, rugelach ...
They had purple wheat bagels which I bought.
Meh, based on service alone. A smile costs nothing and brings people back. I probably won't bother with this place ever again.
Rude service equals loss of a customer. Not a smart way to do business. -

This used to be a very good place to get a bagel but since they changed owners, the new owners have no respect and don't have any good customer service.
Felt racism when the Chinese lady completely stopped my order and made someone else's sandwich and cashed them out.
When I walked in I didn't get greeted with no hello but the next white customers did.
Will never eat here again
